Michael, think you have mentioned eventually wanting a home a hair bigger than tiny(but smaller than your current residence) to better accommodate you, your wife and daughter. Wouldn’t you love to see a floor plan of that home in Portland? Beautiful and well-done, but can’t tell if it has two bedrooms. The owner mentioned a husband, but no kids.
From the exterior shot, looks like the upstairs would be big enough for two small bedrooms, but can’t tell for sure.
I should go look up that builder… they might have some good ideas. It would be a good blog post too.
