I want one! It’s gorgeous just the way it is. I agree the insulation would probably be awesome, and I wonder if you’d have to cover it at all (you’d have to learn to love loving with critters, obviously). It the inside was stuccoed or plastered (insulated from that side first?), and vents left in the roof, it’d probably be pretty efficient. Or wait — tile the inside walls with cork tiles! Light, cheap, insulating and pretty! Awesome.

I did a little digging and could not find a number and the pallets they used are a different size that those we might see in the US. But I would guess it might take hundreds (guessing 500-800) of pallets to build something this size.
