Minor Site Design Changes
If you stop by regularly you’ll notice I made a little change in the layout of Tiny House Design. Just in case you did I wanted to explain. I’m trying to make small incremental changes that make it easier to get to my content. There are more than 250 posts here now and I write more every day. As the site grows I’m finding it necessary to alter the site to make it easier to use.
In the next few weeks I’ll make a couple additional changes and you can expect the clutter to be disappearing and popular navigational features like the random posts to become more prominent.
If you have any comments or suggestions feel free to comment here or use the contact form. Also if you notice a ‘bug’ please let me know. I’ve tested in multiple web browsers and this latest change seems to have fixed some problems a few people had experienced. I just want to be sure I’m not breaking things while fixing other problems.
Thanks!
-Michael

i much prefer the current layout – where each article carries equal weight – over the immediately previous design where the older articles were forced into smaller & smaller containers. those very small home page articles practically demanded a click to see what they were about, thus defeating the purpose of having a summary on the home page – which should be for the user to see at a glance wheteher they want to click & see more or not.
