Tiny Free House Update

The weather was nice this past weekend, a little hot, but not bad at all… perfect for putting the pallet boards on the roof of my Tiny Free House. I did get a bit of a sun burned on the back of my neck and arms but I did not fall off my ladder. A weekend without falling off a ladder always tanks high in my book.

My next step, after adding a layer of roofing felt to the roof, will either be to put some shingles on the roof or start boarding up the front wall with milled pallet boards. The jury is still out on what kind of shingles to use but I have a few ideas in the works. I’ve been thinking #10 cans but my father-in-law might be able to score me some galvanized sheet metal scraps.
