Tiny Prefab Price Adjustment

by Michael Janzen on November 29, 2009

I recently published the second edition of my ebook Tiny Prefab. It now has 90 pages and includes instructions for a 16-foot wide building with an 8/12 pitched roof  (pictured below). The idea behind Tiny Prefab is that owner-builder can make all the parts one at a time and then transport them to the building site for final assembly. This prefab approach allows a lot of flexibility in design while keeping the actual construction effort easier for a part-time builder.

While I’ve sold many copies of Tiny Prefab at the previous price of $27.00 I decided recently to bring the price down to make it more accessible to more people. $19.99 just seems to be a better price point for this kind of house plan ebook. I’d also much rather see more homes built than make more money per sale.

For all the folks that have already bought the ebook I’ve already refunded the difference to their PayPal accounts because it just seemed like the right thing to do and I’d much rather have happy readers. :-)

Also… when you buy this ebook you are entitled to free updates. So when I publish a new edition I send out the new version to all those people that already bought the ebook.
