100% Nasty Free – Punkle’s Farm

If the story of Heimo Korth, the trapper that lives in the Arctic National Wildlife Refuge, was a bit to extreme for you, as it was for me at times; you’ll appreciate this trailer for a movie about Punkle’s Farm.

It’s a sustainable farm in Eastern Ontario that grows salad greens, fresh herbs and vegetables. They also raise chickens, turkeys, ducks and pigs. They use no chemical fertilizers, herbicides, pesticides, antibiotics, or growth hormones which is why the food they produce is 100% Nasty Free!

While this is a bit off topic, much like the Heimo Koth post, it’s another good example of how people are learning to live on the land. So I thought it was worth sharing with you.
