I’d buy it in a heartbeat if I lived there. Here $10k won’t even buy you the trailer. I do plan on being in Canada for the summer and will need something to live in, but moving it from Austin to Canada would be a major pain.
Not supposed to be a pain! That’s why its on wheels, a trailer with hookup, and tiny! I’m in WY, and outside of giving someone else the joy of building, I will probably acquire my first tinyhouse by buying it already built.
Ouch -30%! $5000 is a huge loss of potential income.
It seems even tiny houses can be problematic in today’s real estate market.
