Tiny House Kitchen Designs

Pinterest is a great tool for creating photo collections. I’ve made some topic specific boards for things like bedrooms, bathrooms, and interiors. When noodling through future design ideas it’s nice to be able to see what other people have done. You can find all my Tiny House Design boards on Pinterest.

If you’d like to play with your own floor plan layout ideas give my free Print & Cut Worksheet a try. You just print it out with your own printer or have it printed at Kinkos on cardstock like I did. Then cut out the shapes and play with floor plan ideas.

  1. All of these kitchens are awesome! Kitchens are the heart of the home and to me should be considered “first” even in a tiny homes design.

love every photo of cozy homes. Just love looking at them and thinking “I can live in ANY one of them.”

Is that a full stove in the top picture hidden under the counter and cabinets? Is that safe considering the heat that comes off the oven? Or are they using a special type of cabinet or fire shield? I absolutely love the look of that kitchen and would like to repeat it with a little know how.

  4. Yes looks like a full range, oven/stovetop. Check the specific manufacturers installation guides but these often have built-in heat shielding.

If you are talking about the bottom two pictures, I think those are just stove tops. I’ve seen that concept before. My grandmother had a stove top (or range, as I believe it was called) on one side of her kitchen, and a double oven with cabinetry above and below.
